What is Pointed Banter?

I bought this domain years ago because I loved the idea of "banter with a point" — conversation that actually goes somewhere instead of nowhere. In 2025, at 42, I took my first mission trip and found my way back to my faith. God reminded me that the one talent He gave me that I wasn't using for Him was writing. This is where I put that to work.

Who is Timothy Morris, and why does he matter?

Honestly? I'm a screw-up that God decided to take pity on — as imperfect and in need of grace as anyone. I stepped away from my walk for a long time, and then I started listening to God again. I have no seminary training and no formal biblical education, but I research what I write carefully and I try to get it right.

A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.
